Loads of instant hot water, a comfy bed, underfloor heating was a bonus and a luxury! So close to the seafront and i360. It was quiet and secure.

There were some issues which the host dealt with straight away. We cannot fault him for his rapid response.

This is a fantastic little apartment in a very central location - close to shops, the town centre, the West Pier/i360, Hove. There’s everything you need for s pleasant stay - well-equipped kitchen, TV, internet, washing machine. Not a bad price for this location and the facilities.

Because the bedroom and bathroom are downstairs, it’s not accessible or wheelchair friendly. The messages about security deposit, damage etc. come across as rather threatening and unfriendly (although communication is otherwise fine) - I suggested they use AI to improve this. The apartment is comfortable except the very low sofa - it’s a struggle to get up once seated! This is the only reason I’m rating it 9 and not 10.

Good location and very ‘bijou’. Everything we needed was there . Nice bath .

Parking nearby is very expensive .

The location is perfect, just two minutes walk to the beach and the i360 tower. The beds on the ground floor were comfortable and it was very nice to have two bathrooms.

The washing machine was very dirty and the wardrobe also
