Location, location and location !

It's was clean and cosy and the owner was promot to respond and solve issues.

It was close to the beach and corner shops, a lot of space and dog friendly place.

Parking was pricey

Owner of the property was very accommodating and kind .

Well managed with all the essentials in the apartment . Very closed to my conference venue

The location is brilliant. That's definitely a 10.

The house was in bad state. Not clean. The dishes was not clean at all. You definitely don't want to touch the kitchen hood because of the layer of sticky grease on it. The house is made in a way that most of the windows can't be open. So the humidity is stagnant and there is some black mold around some of the windows. The bathtub is disgusting and in a bad state. And the taps leak...

We found that the location was really perfect. A walking distance to everything . It was quietish till the builders started on the property next door .

The apartment is very damp. You can smell it as soon as you enter. The taps drip in the bathroom and the door doesn’t shut properly so we could hear it all night. The bathroom is in a terrible state , mould and VERY UNCLEAN !! It would take a small amount of bleach and a scrubbing brush to get rid of a lot on the tiles and around the bath . There is mould around all the windows internally which isn’t good if you’re an asthma sufferer . I found the cleanliness of the apartment terrible .. There was food stuck to the table upstairs, around the handles in the kitchen. We were also given what i believe is towels from the previous occupants. Certainly one of the hand towels was damp and stained . Also, the bedding left for the sofa bed looked dirty too !!!! It isn’t a huge apartment , if the sofa bed is down and you have suitcases , it’s very restricted to move around each other. The oven was filthy, the washing machine and dispenser was full of mould . Also, downstairs where the bathroom is there is a big glass window where anyone in the bedroom can see what is going on. No curtain for any privacy.. I would attach more photos but i am only allowed to add 4.

Location great and comfortable stay.

Car parking is a nightmare around Brighton also we had building works going on next door and woken up early morning with drilling and banging.

The location is near the sea and that was great

I think maybe some improvements should be made, but overall was ok

We absolutely loved the location. Literally perfect

The mold around the windows. It smelt damp in the air. Also we were not happy with the bathroom. Overall the apartment needs some TLC
