Location was excellent with the apartment meeting all requirements

No major issues although a hand towel in the upstairs toilet would be good

City centre close by, comfortable apartment especially for families.

Excellent location near the beach and the main streets, spacious for 2 people, cozy. The host is friendly and always answered all my questions.

The heating wasn’t good

The place was really cozy, clean, and situated in a fantastic location near the beach and shops. The beds were comfortable, and all the necessary equipment was provided. Pillows and a duvet were supplied for the sofa bed. The owner was fairly quick to respond to any questions. Loved having the whole place to ourselves, and definitely would stay again!

The beds were pretty comfortable, but the frames were very squeaky. The bathroom door downstairs had the same issue, making loud squeaky sounds when opened or closed. This led me to avoid using it at night to prevent disturbing anyone sleeping. The stairs also creaked, so again, would disturb people sleeping. Additionally, the downstairs bathroom had ceiling windows that unfortunately couldn't be opened for ventilation. We relied on a fan, but it took a while to air out. While the windows had blinds, they had to be kept closed at all times due to their clear design and being overlooked by taller flats above. As a result, the bathroom was quite dark due to these restrictions. The downstairs (bedroom) area could get a bit stuffy since there weren't any windows there. Fortunately, there was a standing fan provided, which helped a bit, especially during the night. I also didn’t want to leave the terrace door open at night due to security concerns. The terrace didn't offer much privacy, as it overlooked someone's bedroom, and the occupants there could’ve walked down the stairs into the terrace area if they wanted. The window in the corridor near the entrance and the toilet upstairs didn't open fully, so it didn't let in much air. While there were ceiling windows above the kitchen area, the larger one in the middle wouldn't stay open, so I had to rely on the two smaller ones on the sides. Blinds were also difficult to open and close with the pole provided. Unfortunately, the washing machine had some water in it, so we couldn't use it.

Very central property, good location, paid parking literally next door and self contained. Kitchen was well equipped. Downstairs bed huge and very comfortable.

Very small with limited space, no storage dedicated to guests as had equipment in so tripping over suitcases and bags. Foam z bed with wooden cross bar and effectively slept on floor / very uncomfortable with no where to put duvets etc so lay around limited lounge space during the day. Bathroom downstairs tiny and very dark, difficult to get in/out of door, dated with mouldy blind cords and tile grout. Also after four showers the bedroom became quite damp. A supplied fan and opening the door onto outside deck helped but you are directly overlooked by the neighbour so not ideal solution. A hanging rail supplied for drying towels but all added to sense of being overcrowded. The apartment realistically not suited for four unless young children.

Right near the seafront and shops. But not so close as to hear the noise. Very clean and has all the little things you'll need for your stay. Plenty of towels and bedding which were good quality. We felt safe and secure here. Owner was extremely accommodating and responded in good time to my messages. Everything is clean and well maintained. Excellent value for money for the location.

Unfortunately we found the sofa and chairs uncomfortable for sitting on for a period of time and relax. I also have bad knees and so the sofa bed was very low for me. We found it hard to air the kitchen lounge area, it felt stuffy but I was very reluctant to attempt to open the roof top windows incase we couldn't get them closed again and I was concerned about the risk of damage with the reaching pole.

Close to the beach. Close to the main Brighton sightseeing spots and train station. Enough of cushions and blankets.

I was asked to pay for the free wifi at first but then we cleared this so called misunderstanding from owner's side.

Everything was great location is ideal especially if you have small ppl with you
