it was beautifully furnished to a great standard and very clean, and the shower was easy to use which is always a bonus. Set in the middle of countryside it was so peaceful and tranquil, and well positioned for many places of interest, including Lincoln and Newark. I think it’s very good value for money.

The only little niggle was that none of the towels that were provided were bath towels.

The peace and quiet. Set in beautiful countryside. Very spacious inside and out. Room for the children to play football in front of the owner's house. The properties had everything we needed. Also, they both had large dining tables for our two families to dine together. Easy check in and check out. Properties were very clean. The owner was great and flexible with our check out time, (only possible because the next guests were not arriving till the next day) which was a huge help.

The location was easy to find. And though several properties oñ the site the house was very private. With a private garden.

Could not get a wifi signal. There were no containers for use in the microwave.

Lovely accomodation, great hosts, lovely and clean, really nice rural spot. Very welcoming. Exceeded expectations.

The owner lived on site, a phone call to get the keys was ok.
