"Super hideaway gem!"

The location was tucked away off the road for maximum seclusion and tranquility, with a wooded area for walks. The bungalow was very spacious and extremely comfortable and had everything required for a truly wonderful weekend. The quality power shower and under floor heating knocked it out the park for me! The host was extremely accommodating and went above and beyond to insure my daughters and I had a very pleasant stay. I highly recommend this property and wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Top marks

"What an absolutely perfect "home from home""

We have just spent a fantastic week at Woodlands Cottage while some of our family were staying in Woodlands House. From the moment we arrived we were kindly greeted by Louise and everything was exactly what we had expected (and so much more). An absolutely immaculate and comfortable "home from home" was what we experienced and we all loved the very peaceful location. During the week we visited Newark Air Museum, Lincoln Castle and Cathedral and also had a fun-filled family day in Skegness. Most importantly, we enjoyed spending time with the kids in the local park in the quiet village of South Clifton - only a short walk away. On our final night, a sunny family bbq ended our holiday perfectly. We cannot recommend Woodlands Cottage/House enough. Without a doubt 5/5 from us all and we will treasure our very special memories here - thanks to such helpful, kind and caring owners.

Absolutely nothing to dislike. Everything was simply perfect for us all.

"Very comfortable accommodation on the edge of a quiet village"

It was a nice touch having drinks provided on arrival. We were grateful for the blow up bed given so 3 people didn't have to share 1 bedroom.
