Naze View Barn - Cosy, with all mod cons

Immaculate property with everything you need.

Amazing views. Stunning location. Great featured property. Blissful nights sleep. Everything needed to hand. Incredible hot tub.

Only downside being that the owners were on holiday, so we didn’t get to fully experience what we had read on the reviews. For example a welcome pack. Nor was we able to walk with the Alpacas, which was one of the reasons we chose this stunning location. So we couldn’t help but feel that it wasn’t as good as it could have been if the owners were there. Completely understand that holidays are much needed. It just so happened that we felt that hit. I believe it would have been incredible if we’d have had the full experience.

Simple instructions. Very responsive host.

Heating a little hard to control. Cool downstairs and roasting hot upstairs. First time for us using under floor heating may have been operator error.

Location was lovely.

Beds were uncomfortable. Barn had lots of cobwebs. Hot tub was not usuable. Owners were unfriendly and unhelpful. Electricity, heating and water was off all day and they weren't prepared to refund us as we couldn't stay without basic amenities. It ruined our break away over my birthday and it was handled very poorly, so l can't recommend this accommodation.

Lovely views & clean throughout

We had an amazing stay here. Exactly like the photos. It was so peaceful and private. We didn’t meet the hosts but they were one message away! Bed was sooo comfortable and they have heated flooring throughout. We had a walk to the local pubs (the hanging gate and the beehive) which were perfect for an afternoon drink. The hot tub was great especially at night where you can see the stars. Can’t wait to come back and will be telling all our friends and family to stay here for a relaxing break.
