Beautiful views, great location, adored having the animals on your doorstep. The bed was super comfy, hot tub was a great bonus! The barn had everything you needed for a lovely stay, so cosy and homely. Would definitely be back!

Stunning views, modern and well kitted out with things you may need during your stay

Light outside bedroom is automatic and cannot be turned off, when you wake in the night to go to the toilet it’s far too bright and stays on too long after shining into the bedrooms. As we traveled with a baby this was problematic as it woke him multiple times before we even went to bed as his bed time was earlier and we needed the bathroom which set the light off every time. Also the light early morning shines in the rooms and our baby who is usually a deep sleeper until 9am was a 6am riser at this property. Also the living room has no privacy the large double doors have no curtains and with multiple cars coming up the drive people could see straight in ( not great when your breastfeeding) or if you’ve come in from the hot tub and are walking through the room. We found the furniture unpractical, as beautiful as the sofas are they are very uncomfortable, the beds have feather quilts and pillows which again luxurious but impractical and not comfortable and the underfloor heating was hard to control making it very hot during the night . Despite turning the thermostat to 16 in the night and putting it in our room I still work to the floor warm and the temp showing 21 when it showed I’d set it to 16 .

Beautiful location, the view directly out of the window is stunning. Everything you could need to have a relaxing stay. The beds were so comfortable, home was warm and clean.

I feel that a shelter over the hot tub would a brilliant feature, it started to rain while we was in the hot tub so had to make an earlier escape
