Location, spacious with garden so perfect for families.

Not very clean for example coffee machine is used from laser stay and not washed. Carpet is very dirty.

Ash tray full of wet cigarette butt's by back door, dirty pans, dirty window will by door not enough comfortable seating for 5, not enough large cups or mugs, not enough dining room seating forr 5, tea and coffee provided but no milk.
