Booker Avenue House - 4 bedroom house with garden and parking

We came as a family of 2 adults, 2 teens and a toddler and a baby, for a wedding in the area. We found the house perfect for us as a 6, it was comfortable and the garden was gorgeous! It was exceptionally clean, plenty of little extras that were so thoughtful (such as a toilet potty seat! I mean how incredible!)

Only 1 thing which I mentioned to the owners, the shower was either super hot or super cold, so it was tricky to shower but I’ve mentioned this so I’m sure it’ll be fixed as if no one tells the owners they won’t know. So I’m sure the next people won’t have this.

It had everything we needed was extremely clean was great having more than one double bed

Would be good to have at least one set of twin beds and the shower needs attention. It’s either really hot or really cold. Not really enough space for six people to sit round the dining table or in the living room but we managed.

The house was clean, cozy and had everything we needed.

The pink bedroom had dirty bedsheets.

It was a great location to walk to the centre of town (about a 20 minutes). It was clean and very easy to check in. Has parking at the front of the property, which is a bonus!

The decor was a bit dated, but overall it was a comfortable four bedroom home.

Nice and spacious with a nice little conservatory to chill out especially when it’s sunny!

Quite squeaky floors and shower pressure. It was nice and warm for me but my friend said it kept changing hot and cold for her

Property not very clean and very dated also over grown garden

No TV reception, WiFi not working very well
