The location was perfect. Due to a train strike we were stuck in Sienna and on contacting the owner he advised which bus would should take and then arranged for us to be picked up. This was very much appreciated after a long day. He then arranged for us to be taken to the next town where we were staying.

There was nothing I disliked about the property.

Is further from parking areas if you are driving with a vehicle, but this is true of most places!

Location was perfect - asblolutely perfect! We loved staying in this little town. Host was very kind, helpful and good at communicating. Parking was very tricky and only possible with the help of the host and during the off season. We got the last spot in the parking area at 5 pm.

Wifi was spotty - probably not the hosts fault but the small town. Beds were uncomfortable, mostly because the linens were scratchy and hard. Towels were like sandpaper. All of these are small things compared to the great location and beautiful surroundings.

Beautiful charming accommodation in the perfect location. Host was extremely helpful and kind.

it's a cute apartment, it was more or less clean (except the towels smelled very bad, moldy-- we used our own), charming , but hugely unpractical on many accounts (see below). Some of those things need to be disclosed in the listing!

The big big issue was the Wifi. this was a work vacation an it was chosen based on the parking and the wifi description - both of which were the big let-down. Wifi didn;t work (mobile modems (cubes)) on last day got "fixed" but by then I had already incurred $100 in roaming fees from my provider so I could some work. parking: we had contacted the owner numerous times before the booking cancellation time had expired what the exact situation is about parking. He was evasive It would have been very simple to say: there is no parking, you need to park at this parking garage and you do best to put in 10EU so you are covered for the whole day. He didn't even give us THAT information of costs (that we requested multiple times) until the day of move in - then he snapped that it’s just a 4 min easy walk. NO, IT IS NOT! it is the type of cobble stone that does NOT allow you to just pull your suitcase and it is not without incline! He also failed to inform us about a very very steep staircase in the house that you first had to take before getting to the main living area. Were could tell from the pictures that there is another stairs going up to the bedrooms. The first entrance staircase is steep, and steps are no level (some are leaning forward which causes us multiple times to almost dangerously fall). We could not drag the suitcase upstairs and left it downstaris- even though there is not even a platform/landing point right at the entrance door to evenly it open with only one side. It does have small inclines and declines but you can;t really roll your suitcases across aas it is cobble stones. Had my several inquires about the parking and wifi situation been properly answered we would NOT HAV BOOKED this place.

Good neighbourhood, close to white lines free parking places. Big markets and foodshops nearby for self cooking. Property is well furnished and equipped. Daniele is always available and helpfull.
