Location great, big apartment, everthing that you need inside, good communication with the owner.

The towels had a bad smell, they were not dried well before being packed

The apartment was perfectly located in the historical downtown . Minutes away, by foot, were shops, restaurants, and bars. It was a gem for wine lovers, with many shops and cellars for tasting as well. The parking area was easy to find and in close proximity to the apartment . We had a lovely walk outside the historical walls, and the views were stunning everywhere we looked. There was a small store near the apartment to purchase basic items for meals and snacks, and a much larger one, again, within walking distance, selling anything one needed. We were very comfortable sleeping and enjoyed cooking in the well-appointed kitchen . We recommend staying here and would definitely return ourselves. It was nothing short of perfect! The hosts were great ; available if we needed them ( we didn't) and answered any questions I had prior to the trip.

The apartment exceeded my expectations. The location of the apartment is in the historic district of Montepulciano so you must park your car in one of the numerous parking garages located outside the center of the town. The apartment is in a great location with numerous restaurants, cafes, entonicas, speciality stores ect. Great scenery of the valley and our host had great recommendations for bars and restaurants.

We stayed here for three nights and it was such a beautiful stay. The place is inside the historic center of Montepulciano - perfect location to explore the town, reach the bus station, walk around everywhere. The place is very spacious. It has a big living room, a kitchen, two bedrooms upstairs and two bathrooms. It can easily accommodate more guests. For me and my friend it was more than enough. We really enjoyed our stay and it had a very warm and cozy vibe, making our Tuscan experience even better. The owner, Daniele, was very helpful and replied quickly to all of our requests. He sent us a lot of recommendations for Montepulciano and the nearby places. The check-in and check-out were very smooth and we also left our bags downstairs on the last day to explore a bit more of Montepulciano before heading back to Rome.

The property is advertised to sleep 4 people. The single bed and the fold out lounge are a bit tricky for adults. Single bed is very short and the fold out is not suitable for an adult

Very good location close to the historic center. Cozy place, had a good time there.

The second bedroom was very small and without windows, but it was not kept a secret, so discovering this fact should be no justification for disillusionment.
