- It is located in the village "Fajã da Ovelha" in the south-west region of Madeira. It is a calm, peaceful area so that you can totally relax in a very nice environment. - The whole house is your home: you have your privacy and you don't have next-door neighbors. - The house has many charms. Especially the spacious outdoor space with the beautiful garden and terraces with a magnificent ocean view are amazing. - All rooms have a stunning view of the ocean, even the bathroom. You can enjoy the sunset, moonlight and starry night sky. Just wonderful. - Useful equipment incl. a washing machine, dryer, dish washer. - They have good Wifi on the ground floor (on the upper floor the connection is not strong).

- In the part of Madeira you definitely need a car. The driveway to the house and some streets in the village are pretty narrow. So better arrange a compact car. - Some insects may enter the house (It was ok for us). Some mosquitos could be bothering your sleep (no window screen). - Not suitable for small children due to a steep stair and steps in the outdoor area. - Comforters/Duvets & pillows were a bit too thin. - Some furniture and items in the house may need bit of refresh .
