Attention, la piscine n’est pas privée, c’est communautaire avec toutes les autres maisons!!! et vous payez la consommation d’électricité, j’ai payé 50 € pour quatre nuits!!!!

We have had an excellent stay at baan jasmin for the two weeks we were in samui. The choengmon area was lovely and only a 10/15 walk from the beach with many shops and restaurants in the area. Everything in the villa was very clean and we were provided with cooking utensils and facilities to use. The pool was big and cleaned regularly which we used often. As well as this the complex uses its own water so therefore it didn’t feel harsh or damaging or have a bad smell like other places in samui. Although we did not use them - bikes were available to rent from the villa. As we were aware of electricity was not included but it was a very reasonable price for our usage and the villa as a whole was great value for money. The host Aart was extremely helpful and accommodating and any issues we had were resolved quickly. We loved our stay and baan jasmin and would definitely stay here again.

Excellent price for what you get. The owner is very friendly and communicative. Everything was clean and functioning. Quite spacious and calm.

One bedroom door was scratching the floor... maybe the beds could be a bit softer...

Zwembad is zeer groot en mooi. Locatie is oké.

Het huis heeft nood aan onderhoud. Er zijn grote kieren rond de deuren. De airco’s zijn oud en versleten (maken heel veel lawaai en kunnen niet goed gericht worden). Badkamer is oud (douchetemperatuur is ofwel kokend heet ofwel koud) en niet proper. Jammer dat er geen badhanddoeken waren.

Ruim huis met mooi zwembad. De Nederlandse eigenaar was ook super aardig en behulpzaam.
