everything was as described and such a light and airy, beautiful apartment. We especially loved the art work. Such a bonus to have so much lovely outdoor space with views in the heart of the old town of Palma. Quiet but easy walk to so many places as it was very central. Bus/train/taxi rank just around 10-15 minute walk. The cathedral and waterfront around similar distance.

unfortunately I am not great with heights and the glass stairs although look stunning were sometimes a little difficult for me but I did get used to them.

location was great (very central), accommodation was roomy and modern. It had all the facilities you'd need and ones you probably wouldn't but had them just in case.

The flat was amazing. Super spacious with lots of indoor and outdoor space. We were a group of 3 and had an amazing time. The rooftop terrace was outstanding and we enjoyed coffees there in the morning as well as the occasional glass of wine in the evening.

We liked it all. One thing to keep in mind is that you need to go up quite a few stairs to get to the flat and within, so just keep that in mind. We did not mind at all.

Traditional building with modern facilities inside. Quiet side street very close to Passeig del Born. The front door is accessed via a small flight of stairs and the property has rooftop views from the third floor terrace. The owner has provided many handy items at the property, we found the beach towels very useful. Overall it was perfect for our stay and the owner was excellent in communication.

Lovely apartment with two terraces and everything provided for tea, coffee, kettle and toiletries towels, super selection of glasses, cafetiere and coffee maker etc. Sara the host was super helpful and let us leave our bags before check in time which was useful. Bedrooms have air con and one bed en suite very modern and nice beds, showers etc. Free bottle of wine to welcome us too. Great location easy to get everywhere.

A short of steep flight stairs to get in with the light access only inside the apartment. A map of Palma would be useful and tips of where to go or places to eat e.g. super restaurant at the end of the street. Friends found the glass stairs unnerving so wouldn't be suitable for someone afraid of heights.
