Zapach stęchlizny, wybijające korki i brak prądu, niedziałające WiFi i brak zasięgu w mieszkaniu, duża ilość pająków i robaków, mieszkanie nie było posprzątane na nasz przyjazd, na krzesłach były pajęczyny.

Tenía buena ubicación.

Las puertas de las habitaciones no cerraban, en los baños se salía siempre el agua de la ducha y falta de papel. La trampa para ratas,las faltas de utensilios de cocina y los bichos en la cocina , la tostadora oxidada, cucarachas todos los días y un lagarto.Falta de trapos para limpiar no había sitio para secar los platos y se fue la luz y no había conexión a Internet ni siquiera estando en la habitación más cerca del router y no hay armario en las habitaciones y habíamos pedido un suplemento de una cama y cuando hemos llegado al apartamento, la cama no estaba ,tuvimos que llamar para pedir una cama y nos trajeron una cama súper dura que no se podía dormir ,tuvimos que volver a llamar para que nos traigan una cama en condiciones. Al pedir un Glovo los repartidores no se ubican bien. Pero en general a pesar de todo esto hemos estado agusto.

La ubicación el apto muy cómodo grande

El primer día pedí colchas me dijo al otro día y nada nunca vimos a nadie la verdad para tan bueno que esta el apto lo deberían tener más cuidado pero nos adaptamos lo pasamos bien

Keine Fenster in den Schlafzimmern, nach einer Nacht ohne Klimaanlage hat es sehr gestunken Geschirr in der Küche wie Gläser und Tassen dreckig Beide Toiletten waren dreckig - scheinbar noch vom Vormieter Unzählige Haare auf dem Badezimmerboden und in den Handtüchern Für uns das Schlimmste: Spinnen egal wo man hinguckt. Es ist nicht zu verhindern dass einzelne Tiere in die Wohnung kommen und das ist auch in Ordnung. Es herrschte allerdings ein Übermaß an Spinnen als wäre in der Wohnung Monate lang niemand gewesen - hier muss unbedingt etwas getan werden! In jeder Zimmerecke, an den Türrahmen, zwischen den Gläsern in der Küche …. Das Wohnzimmerfenster ist direkt an einem Restaurant, daher kann es laut werden Auf den ersten Blick sieht die Wohnung schön aus, wenn man genauer hinsieht bemerkt man, dass nach dem Motto „einfach drüberlackieren“ eingerichtet wurde. Wir haben die Unterkunft für vier Nächte gebucht und sind nach der ersten Nacht leider geflüchtet.

Proximity to the beach and to the town.

No cleaning service provided. We had to purchase our own toilet rolls, cleaning cloths, cleaning spray, bug spray (lots of ant like insects in kitchen and en suite), washing up bowl and bin liners. We had to leave all this there as of course no one makes room in luggage allowance for cleaning products when they go on holiday. The property was in need of some TLC. Outside shutters and around windows dirty. Mould in corner of shower in main bathroom. No air con and none of the bedrooms had external windows. There were fans but still the rooms were extremely hot/uncomfortable to sleep in. Bar right next door and their tables were immediately outside our apartment. If the windows were open it was like the public sat at the bar tables were in our room! No good for anyone wanting a peaceful holiday. When asking about any cleaning service the quote from the owner was that they are a property rental company and not a holiday company and we would have to pay if we wanted a cleaning service. This should be made very clear on Booking.com as I expect to find holiday accommodation when I use that site. Would not recommend this accommodation for anyone going on holiday.

Location is very good. Close to the beach and many restaurants

The communication is really bad. They claim to be available 24/7 but it is difficult to get an answer. We communicated several things that were not good and we didn't get a solution ontime

Self catering. Good kitchen equipment. Close to shops and restaurants.

On-street parking near the front was always full, but there was space behind the property. Our internet connection didn't work for the first 3 days, but the rental people went out of their way to provide a new router and re-connect us. The drains from the showers weren't great so it was easy to flood the bathrooms if the flow was too great.
