Very good location , clean , good access instructions .

Communal bins located on street in front of the property. It was very noisy early in the morning when the bin lorry arrived to collect refuse .

Spacious,bright and pristine apartment with excellent privacy, views and locality. 100 metres to the beach and several bars and restaurants within 2 minutes walk from the apartment but very quiet and peaceful despite being in the heart of the Old Town close to the harbour. There is a balcony and a shared sun terrace which we used every day. There is a local supermarket 2 minutes walk from the apartment. It was very nice of our hosts to provide fruit and a bottle of wine on arrival and Jose and his wife were very friendly and helpful. We had a great time and we were very comfortable in the apartment.

One socket adjacent to the microwave is defective and we had to use an extension lead to plug into another socket in order to operate it. There is a slight noise issue due to people depositing glass and tins in the recycling bins which are located on the roadside outside the front entrance of the property. The draw cord rod on the curtains covering the French Windows came lose during our visit.

The location was superb. Five minute walk to old town and less than ten minutes to the main strip. Larger supermarkets ten minute walk with smaller shops close by. Communication with the host was easy.

There are no negatives.

Appartamento accogliente, posizione ottima, vista oceano, a due passi da tutti i servizi.

Abbastanza rumorosa, la camera da sulla strada difronte ai cassonetti che vengono utilizzati di continuo, quindi rumore dei coperchi che sbattono e rumori dei vetri che vengono gettati. I vicini di casa molto rumorosi, spostando mobili tutto il giorno.

Perfekt beliggenhet i forhold til strand, strandpromenade, butikker og gamlebyen.

Vonde stoler på terrassen. Terrassedøren var gammel og slitt. Dusjhodet skulle vært skiftet ut. Rant vann fra aircondition.
