Excellent location, great place everything you need

So near to the sea and ideal for a couple. The bathroom with facilities for the disabled made our stay easier. We liked having outside seating available. Very friendly hosts and a lovely welcome basket on arrival.

The duvet cover was a bit lumpy. Appreciate that there is no space, but we did miss having a washing machine. Also, it was difficult to dry the towels. Car parking was not an issue for us but it may be for some.

Great beachfront location with very convenient (and free for 72 hours) public parking outside. A comfortable apartment (with great facilities for disabled guests) An easy walk into Berwick and well placed for Lindisfarne/Seahouses etc

Super clean and tidy cottage with an amazing sea view. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances and utensils. There is a privacy window film, blinds and curtains for more convenience. There is a picnic table outside. The host is friendly and responsive. The welcome basket and individual sealed packs of towels and kitchen essentials added a special touch of hospitality and extra care. We had a great stay!

It is a charming little cottage in a very nice location with great views. Very well equipped and we had a lovely welcome basket left for us by the charming Alison and her Husband. Definitely a place I would like to return to in the future.

Price hike of 30%.for next Yr. It's already at the higher price end and this increase is sheer exploitation and profiteering.

Nothing , just a little thing to improve the stay , an information pack how to work items, e.g, the heating and WiFi password would help also I did message on the mobile number given , but no reply , so that would have been nice to have an acknowledgement , ,but this is just trivial , the stay was very good .and if we were to visit the area again, we would stay again .

Location excellent for getting around the area. Beach just across the road, perfect.

Lovely Stay at a Beach Cottage in Berwick-upon-Tweed We spent four nights at this really nice beach cottage as my partner and I were going to the film festival. The cottage is right on the beach, a wonderful area and view. When we got there, the owner, who lives next door, was really helpful and showed us around. She made sure we were all set up and left us a basket with bread, jam, shortbread, and some tea and coffee, which was a lovely touch. The bedroom was great, with a nice table and mirror and plenty of room for our clothes. The living room was cozy, with a comfy sofa and an extra heater, and it had a great view of the sea. The bathroom had everything we needed and was easy to use. It was great to walk into town along the sea, which took about 30 minutes, but there was also a bus stop really close by that had buses running until late. This made it easy to get around. Our stay was a great mix of getting work done and relaxing. The cottage was a peaceful place to come back to after a busy day. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet and comfortable place to stay near the beach.
