Perfect property for large families, brilliant open plan set up downstairs so everyone could socialise together.

Nothing to mention. Loved it all.

The communal living space downstairs was amazing. It worked so well with our family and we’re able to host a daytime lunch for extended family. Also the location was perfect, near to everything but still quiet.

The shower in the en suite at the back of the house could probably do with an upgrade as very slow.

Lovely space and plenty of facilities, beautiful home. Family friendly.

Matress very tuff, but then most places have these tough quality mattresses because they last longer.

The space tucked away on the Abbey gardens very central. Lots of parking and the garden benches a great addition the last time we stay. Has been the hub for our daughters wedding made it perfect

The showers were not great

Have visited before and love the location . House is informal and well equipped.

Property well maintained but could benefit from some extra attention. Showed heads could be decalcified, cooker hood could benefit from de- grease.

So much space with everything we needed. A fantastic location for a short walk into town through the beautiful Abbey Gardens.

It was disappointing that as per previous reviews the shower in 1 of the en suite bathrooms does not get hot and despite there being enough parking for 8 cars we could not leave 2 cars at the property before 2.00pm.

Positives: Location Size of property Kitchen was well maintaned Sunday late check out - made it very relaxing

Negatives: The instructions could have been clearer as to which apartment was which, the gate was also very difficult to open. Gave the appearance that it was locked. One of our party got locked in the main bathroom and we had to use a knife to open the door from the outside We couldn't find the thermostat to operate the upstairs radiators and it was cold one evening The carpets has not been cleaned properly, there was food debris left on the floor The soft furnishings in the lounge were threadbare and in need of replacing Shower heads covered in limescale, so easily replaced and have been mentioned in reviews for months Ensuite shower cold

The amount of space and the location are perfect for our annual gathering of our extended family.

I have been saying for the last 2 years that one of the showers only runs cold. It still isn't fixed. It is awkward for one couple in the family to have to use the shower of another couple. It is putting us off going again.
