Villa Carmen

Very comfortable for a group of 4 , well equipped and in a great location. Fantastic views across Caleta de Fuste and easy parking. Host very responsive . Would definitely return .

Nothing to dislike about the place

Beds were very comfortable. Setting was lovely and quiet.

I thought the layout was a bit strange having to go outside to go down stairs. I probably wouldn't have noticed if it hadn't of rained a few times

The layout of the property, considering it's up the hill you still have privacy .

BBQ had a broken handle, Kitchen cupboard had a broken handle, There were a massive amount of cockroaches (we come to Caleta 4-5 weeks a year and have done for years and we've never seen anything like the amount in this villa) we had to go to Mercadona and buy spray and spray the kitchen and lounge every night before bed, The fridge and washing machine have broken seals so cockroaches were all in the fridge and washing machine was squirting water like a water pistol...we had to use a towel on the floor every time to stop the kitchen flooding, Communication wasn't great and we had no idea that there was an alarm that needs a fob which you don't have access to so the alarms went off when we arrived, The lighting is terrible (so if you need to do your makeup for an evening out, make sure it's done in the daylight), The towels smelled horrific and all needed to be washed before we could use them thankfully we brought our own so we didn't have to wait for them to dry before we could shower, We weren't impressed to find the ping pong table (one of the biggest bonuses for us when booking as we like to have things to do) was broken and locked away downstairs The dishwasher was also riddled with cockroaches. Sadly we won't be staying here again.

The property was spacious and very well kitted out with everything that we needed.

es super bonito,la terraza y la piscina nuestra parte favorita de la casa. El salon muy amplio habitaciones con baño y tiene de todo la cocina. Ademas tienes toallas de sobra. En los alrededores no hay gran cosa nosotros usamos el coche, pero para ir a descansar y estar en familia o con amigos es ideal

La Villa es muy cómoda, con los espacios bien distribuidos, la terraza estupenda. Es una zona bastante tranquila para descansar y a la vez tienes cerca muchos servicios. La piscina está muy bien para adultos y niños.

No me gustó algunos detalles con respecto a los electrodomésticos, algunas cosas estaban deterioradas, por ejemplo, el horno tenía el cristal interior roto (el propietario me avisó previamente, eso sí), la gomilla de la lavadora está estropeada y el sifón del fregadero se soltó, pero pudimos arreglarlo.

Host allowed a late check out as we had an evening flight. Place was clean on arrival.

Old car had been dumped outside property, not nice to look out on every day and made parking difficult,house needs refurbishment as tiles are broken in bedroom 2 and missing in the pool , leaving sharp edges. Paint peeling all over the house. Furniture is worn, only 3 sunbeds , old plastic type, only one of the 2 sun loungers present but that was unusable as strings broken and large bolt sticking out catching leg.
