I stayed here with my parents and they really like this place. It is within a walking distance from Kawaguchiko Station. The weather was good during our stay and we really enjoyed the stunning view of Mount Fuji from the balcony and from the dining area while having our meals As overall, we are satisfied, only one recommendation is to put a blind curtain at the entrance door for safety and privacy. Thank you.

We like everything in the property. It’s very clean, full of facilities and the mountain fuji view is amazing.

Due to we have many heavy suitcases and the entrance to the house is a stone path that little bit making difficult to drag the suitcases through that path.

Big, spacious and comfortable. Nice balcony with view of Mount Fuji. Good facilities on site too.

Gravel road to get to property, a bit difficult to get to if you have a lot of luggage.

Spacious. The place is clean and has very good view of Mt Fuji.

Although it was close to the station, pulling the luggages was not easy due to the condition of the roads and pavements.

Wonderful place, it's a semi-detached, two storey apartment, with one huge room for traditional sleeping style, and a futon in the lounge room on the top level. It was very clean, spacious, has all the facilities of a home, and amazing views of Mt Fuji. The bathroom was excellent, with fantastic water pressure and options for a bath, shower and traditional bathing by bowl & stool. Having a washing machine available was excellent, and the BBQ was also great. The place is close to the train/bus station and also easy walk to the lake. Also the communication with the owner/manager was spot on and always polite, responsive and clear. Oh, and there's a Play Station if you're keen for some gaming fun too, if it's raining or you're tired from walking around the lake.

I would have liked thicker and bigger towels. Also, since there's no on-site staff to monitor people coming and going I would like a safe for valuables (although I'm aware crime is extremely low, but it would be nice for peace of mind).

Very nice house with a great view of Mount Fuji, balcony and beautiful garden. The very clean house had pretty much everything we needed and was very spacious by Japanese standards. The location was also great, just a short walk to the train station. The parking lot provided was also very convenient. Bicycles can be rented on site for a fair price.

There is a barbecue in the garden, but it is only supplied with a gas bottle for a rather high price. The house consists of two units. Unfortunately, one evening there was a rather loud group in the neighboring apartment, which, due to the light construction of the house, was clearly audible until late at night. The beds have to be made up by the guests themselves, although the bedding is made up.

The place is big and very comfortable, walkable distance to Kawaguchiko station.

Wifi connection is unstable and some spot only have 2 bar. May need to restart the router.
