Incredible view of Mt. Fuji in a small traditional Japanese home. This home exceeded our expectations. It's located near the bus stop to Subaru 5th station. The beds are traditional Japanese futons and are very comfy. We climbed Fuji and then spent a day here to recover. One of our most memorable stays in Japan.

The house was spotless and well-organized. The bathroom facilities are new and clean. We could see Fuji from the window and that was a great experience. There are markets and Kombini nearby. The room fitted the family very nicely.

Be aware that the bed is a futon. It's a great experience but can be uncomfortable for elderly people.

New and well-equiped

1. Not friendly for senior people because dining/living roon on the second floor with steep stairs. And couldn’t even drop off senior people at the property entrance because the neighbor is so mean and rude as we stoped at the entrance just to drop off 2 senior people (80 years old using walking sticks) before went to park our car at the property parking which is further away, the neighbor came out from his house and shouted to us and chased us away. We thought he was afraid we would park our car in front of his house, we tried to explain politely that we just dropped off our parents and we would park our car at the property parking lot, it should take less than 5 minutes. But he didn’t stop shouting no matter how much we apologized sincerely and even he obviously saw our parents got off the car using their walking sticks trying to get off as fast as they can. We feel so sad and haven’t expected this situation. So this property might not be suitable for senior people. 2. Futon is so thin and uncomfortable at all, you can feel the hard of the floor causing bad sleep.
