Walnut Cottage

The cottage is beautiful inside and outside. The decor really makes it special. Emma was a pleasure to book with and made sure we had all that we needed including a lovely welcome basket and Prosecco as we were celebrating my dad’s 70th. The location is also fabulous - just a 3 minute walk into town and then it is also 2 minutes from a great walk to the arboretum.

A beautiful well equipped cottage

Location excellent, well equipped property with very comfortable kitchen and well furnished rooms.

The lock on the front door a bit sticky, had to persevere a bit to open the door.

The cottage is in a perfect location for accessing all local amenities. It is beautifully decorated and felt so lovely and cosy. The interiors are gorgeous! We loved our stay and can’t recommend it enough.

The cottage was lovely and the location was perfect, only a short walk to local shops, bakeries, coffee shops and pubs. It was also close to drive to other villages such as Broadway and Stow in the Wold

It was very cold, the heating wasn't on when we arrived and the property had gotten very cold. We turned all the heaters on and used the log burner in the living room but we still felt cold. I was glad I had taken my hot water bottle! The instructions to get the keys were confusing, they directed us to a shop even though the keys were in the lockbox

Lovely cottage, exactly as photos. Had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Welcome hamper a nice touch.

Kitchen lighting a bit dim when cooking in evening, but not a major issue.

The beds were really comfortable. We liked the location being a short walk to the high street.

Parking was a little difficult due to it being a narrow road.
