La maison sul mare

Location is first class , literally backs onto the beach. The property is centrally located ie 10 minute walk to the middle of San Vito. The property is clean and well maintained and the owners are a pleasure to deal with. We loved it would we do again definately yes.

Like other reviews the small spiral staircase is narrow and awkward to get a case up. Other than that no complaints.

Es war alles vorhanden, was man sich wünschen könnte. Liegestühle , Handtücher. Wunderschöne Pflanzen im Garten. Ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen.

Awesome place very close to everything

It had parking outside on the property.

Close to the beach but that part of the beach is the worse with rocks and seaweed. 10 min walk to get to a better part. The shower was so small that we would fit to shower and we’re not heavy people. There’s no way you can bend to wash your fit. It’s the only shower there unless you want to use the outside one. The stairs are so tight you can’t bring a luggage upstairs, we had to leave them downstairs. The beds are so uncomfortable and pillows are disgusting. There’s no AC downstairs’ and the portable one isn’t installed so the hot air flows back into the house. I wouldn’t recommend anyone elderly staying as the stairs are easily a safety concern.

L’assenza di qualche dettaglio che ci si aspetta in una soluzione così ampia e con fascia di prezzo alta, come un climatizzatore fisso al pian terreno o la lavatrice.
