We loved everything about it. The location was perfect, the rooms were clean, the property was tidy. It had everything that we needed. The hosts were very informative and helpful online. We didn't meet them in person.

We didn't like leaving. There wasn't anything that we didn't like. We would choose this place to stay if we came back to Bourton-on-the-Water to stay again.

The toilet was running the whole time and could not use it. Was reported and empty promises made. Had to drive into town to use public toilets.

Great location

The toilet did not flush at all the whole time we were there. Luckily we knew to flush a bowl of water down it! Tried contacting the host on the first night but nothing. Very noisy with the cistern going all day and night.

Location

We were surprised by the dozens of wasps in the attic. Some lingered in the bedroom, living room and kitchen and we were fearful of being stung. Perhaps there is a nest nearby and some managed to squeeze through a hole in the attic.

Location good. Close to village. Bungalow comfortable.

Bathroom underfloor heating didn’t work. Needed better instructions about how to operate the central heating for those of us not used to these systems.

Very central for exploring the Cotswold. Can easily walk to centre of Bourton on the Water and local supermarket. Apartment was very clean and had everything we needed.

Great location, not in the centre where it was heaving, but an easy walk to the centre. Was nice and quiet. Great facilities.

Personal preference but the beds were not comfortable. We tried to contact the hosts when we had a problem but couldn't get through.

The location of the house was perfect, very close to Burton on the Water. The house had everything a family would need and really was comfortable to stay in.

Happy with everything
