It proximity to the center of town was perfect! It was an excellent quiet location! It worked well to have 2 bedrooms. TV and TV streaming services were really great, too! It was very close to a grocery store which was really nice.

1. The host didn't respond to our request for early arrival, so I took that as an acceptance of our request. It was very awkward to arrive and it be such a mess and stink so bad. 2. It had a horrible odor that even after they cleaned it, it didn't go away the entire 6 days we were there. We left windows open all day and night and the smell never got better. We bought spray, used it and left it. 3. There were not enough towels provided so we had to wash the laundry. No washrags were provided or detergent, either. We had to go buy it and wash to be able to have enough towels for our stay. 4, The lockbox was extremely stiff and difficult to use! 5. Nothing provided. No soap of any kind. 6. It was extremely hot in the house and the AC didn't work! There were no instructions on how to set or use the AC either, so we didn't want to try to program it and mess it up. 7. Nothing was done to make us as guests feel welcome or that they appreciated our coming to stay in their place. I've been staying in AirBnB's, VRBO's and Booking.com for over 13 years and I was shocked at how little was provided and the lack of communication. 8. Very disappointed and I would not stay here again. 9. WIFI was also extremely weak and didn't work well!

I didn't expect there to be a loft upstairs and the toys left for my son were very much appreciated, thank you!

I didn't understand how the heating worked, clearer instructions on this would have been helpful
