Superfijne ligging, prachtig uitzicht! Alle faciliteiten voor een fijne vakantie. Vlakbij strand en talrijke restaurants.

Das Apartment ist perfekt gelegen. Sehr zentral und dennoch ausserordentlich ruhig. Zudem ist der Ausblick von der Terrasse wunderbar über die Bucht. Funchal dagegen ist im Verhältnis riesig und unübersichtlich, zudem max. touristisch. Die Ausstattung lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig, denn auch die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Zudem wird ein Parkplatz im Parkhaus zur Verfügung gestellt - die öff. PP sind sonst kostenpflichtig. Die Kommunikation mit Carla, der Verwalterin, war äusserst verlässlich und sehr schnell - Absolute Empfehlung!

Das einige Marginale Manko war das gelegentliche Hupen der Autos zur Sicherheit - weil es zwei scharfe Kurven und eine knackige Steigung hat.. Jedoch handelt es sich um eine Sackgasse mit Privatverkehr (wenig Verkehr) und in der Nacht übernimmt der Lichtkegel der Scheinwerfer die Warnfunktion = kein hupen zu hören. Zudem sind die beiden Schlafzimmer, der Strassenseite abgewandt.

The house itself is amazing. Location was fantastic ! View of the ocean from the patio was spectacular! House had everything you could need including a laundry room with washer/ dryer. The host was in regular communication and very helpful. House was super clean. All modern amenities but historical building that had been renovated. Walking distance to everything. Can use kitchen, walk to restaurants, or have food delivered. Plenty of space for 2 to 4 people. One full bath and one half bath.

Important to note that visitors cannot park on the street; need to park and walk to house with luggage. All walking is at incline so if you have any mobility issues it could be a challenge. The parking is included and a short walk but you need to be able to walk with luggage uphill for 10 min or more. There was something like a microwave but we could not figure it out. You may want to have basic groceries delivered using one of the services.
