The site and pitch were nice.

The cleanliness.

The site was lovely, close to visit all the sites in Northumberland.

The accommodation wasn’t as clean and we would have liked. The bedding looked like it hadn’t been changed as there were hairs on the sheets. The cleaner did come to change the bedding but feel like a little more effort in the cleaning and replacing or repairing the furniture outside would make this a place to stay.

The lodge was spotless

Great location, living room was larger than expected. Just what we needed for a cozy book buying/reading weekend away

The location was nice and easy to get to, the park is nice.

We arrived at the property to find the main bedroom damp and mouldy. This lodge needs some simple maintenance which on reading other reviews has not been rectified in some time. We booked 3 nights, could not settle in the mouldy room or on the beds that were very uncomfortable. The mattresses need replacing. We left very disappointed and completely exhausted from being unable to sleep, the morning after our first night. The owner has ignored our complaint.

Location suited fine.

Wasn't very clean.Main room in Lodge had mould. Couldn't hang clothes in the wardrobe because of the mouldy smell. The main bedroom wasn't cleaned. Outdoor light wasn't working, and decking was aged along with kitchen cupboards not cleaned.

The Lodge is on a lovely site which is quiet and in a great location. The hottub is very private and hot! It was decorated well and well equipped

Some things need fixing - the bench on the decking, the draws in the fridge and freezer

All beds including sofa bed terrible springs ect , none of us slept it was so bad plus outside seating bench broken could be dangerous
