Leaf Lane Lodge

The grounds where the lodge was situated were gorgeous and there was beautiful walks to take our puppy for out which made him so happy. We stayed on leaf lane and the area was so peaceful and well kept by the groundsmen. Our stay here was beautiful we wished we booked another night ! Was the perfect place to have a break away to have the best family time. We loved to walk along to the site bar and then back to our lodge to carry on our evenings with lots of dips in the hot tub which was perfect.

I have visited this park a few times I love the are but first time staying at this lovely lodge with added bonus having a hot tub. would highly recommend it and definitely stay again. Owner was brilliant and quick response when contacted.

tv wasn’t the greatest poor signal and loading took ages wasn’t a major

Camp site quiet. Rural location lovely. Living areas light and spacious. Main bedroom good size with plenty of storage. Shower good. Jacuzzi a nice treat Good outdoor space on wrap- around veranda Sadly a potentially lovely caravan spoiled by poor management.

1. Dirty- crockery, kitchen tools,cobwebs throughout.Wallpaper peeling off in main bedroom 2.Broken lugs on fridge door 3.Poor customer service.No response to out of hours contact number- problem with entry code on arrival 9pm.Responded 12pm next day! I had been emailed 2 different codes - didn't realise 2 joining emails contained different codes- worth knowing this can happen- found alternative code by accident so gained entry.Small fridge damaged (door tray lugs broken) I left several messages (some via reception staff) before owner engaged- came round mid-afternoon. Not impressed by his response that other guests had not found this issue a problem and suggested as there was "no easy solution" I remove a shelf to store the milk thereby reducing fridge capacity by 50%. I have suggested he replace fridge as storage inadequate for a family of 4 as things stand. He seemed surprised by poor cleaning but no offer to remedy it.No clothes horse- provided upon request. 4.My daughter found the twin beds uncomfortable. They have thin mattresses. Main bed fine. 5. Outside eating area next to boiler exhaust flue so spoiled by smell of gas fumes.

The caravan was well equipped and very clean a good powerful shower and we loved the hot tub

The second bedroom was very small and the mattress was uncomfortable
