'Pavilion Cottage' next to Gorleston beach with sea views - pet friendly!

The location was great and the cottage was extremely comfortable and well presented.

The stairs were tricky for those with limited mobility.

I have stayed there previously so I knew it was located in a good place near the beach.

The Electric shower temperature control didn't work so I used the shower from the bath taps. Also one of the neighbours complained to the owners that one our dogs was barking all day. The neighbour even left a note stating we were wrong to lerave our dogs in doors all day. That wasn't correct and the barking was exaggerated. We both felt a bit upset that this happened, and if i'm honest it has made us question if we would return for a third time.

The only slight issue was that the stairs are quite steep. Which was a bit tricky for my 72 year old mother but saying that it’s a typical feature you see in old cottages and nothing the hosts can really do.

Great house in a super location.

Great location, exceptionally clean, comfortable & easy check-in & check-out. Hosts were very accommodating, when I needed to drop some things off earlier, before the guests arrived.

One bathroom was downstairs, not a big problem, but would have been handy nearer the bedrooms.

No smart TV, having to bring towels, no salt or oil in kitchen

The cottage was in a perfect location, a couple of minutes walk to the beach. It was our dogs first time on the beach and they loved it. We found Gorleston the best beach in the area. The cottage was spotless, cosy and warm. It had lots of lovely extras especially for the dogs including blankets and a treat bowl! Steve and Hannah were there when we arrived, it was lovely to meet them - they recommended places to go and to eat! We had a takeaway from The Fig which we all really enjoyed. (Wouldn't recommend Good luck Chinese takeaway though!) We would definitely return! Thank you Steve and Hannah.

Quirky. Close to the sea. Mostly quiet.

Very loud on Saturday due to samba even at hotel above. Not the property's the fault but went on for hours and hours.
