'Pavilion Cottage' next to Gorleston beach with sea views - pet friendly!

The location is perfect for beach , pavilion theatre & easy access to town. Comfortable cottage with cute nautical themed decoration, Great sized rooms Lovely hosts Was super lucky to agree a later check out

The steep narrow staircase which is very tricky to use with limited mobility & as no photo of said staircase in listing we were not aware before hand The sky TV remotes!!

Great location, spotlessly clean, nicely decorated and quiet. Great communication from hosts.

Lack of washing machine was a bit inconvenient and the stairs were a bit steep for small children/elderly family members.

A lovely cottage on the sea front and what a lovely town Gorleston is. The hosts were fantastic with communication and friendly. The cottage was cute and comfortable. The local arcade, ice cream place and the fig and grill were fantastic too.

Everything you could need is right there in the cottage. Beautiful location. 2 minutes walk to the beach.

On street parking so close to the beach - can be tricky to find a space during the day.

Excellent location near to the beach and plenty of places to eat around the guest house. Lovely little place with lots of character. Hosts were very easy to communicate with ahead of and throughout the stay.

The extra costs for towels ( we didn’t use theirs) and bringing the dog to somewhere advertised as being dog friendly and with an additional cleaning fee. This was waived for us as I challenged it as never heard of it in any place we have stayed before. A minor point ( but valid for families and couples that are past their clubbing days and not out all night!) the tv channels are very basic and there’s no DVD downstairs. We remedied this by bringing the small tv/dvd from the bedroom and bought some dvds from the nearby charity shop 👍
