BEAUTIFUL HOME, 3 BEDROOM HOUSE near Alton Towers, Wedgwood museum, Universities

Very comfortable flat, accurate for 6 person

Nothing, it was exactly what we wanted and needed

Didn't like anything, refused to stay in it and wasn't refunded

Didn't like anything about it,so much so that I left after 30 mins The furnishings were cheap, the seating was the most uncomfortable I have ever sat in, the paintwork in need of being refreshed, the grout in the toilt shower was discoloured, It certainly isnt child friendly due to the stairs being so steep and no child gate and although we didnt sleep in the beds when I sat on them they didnt feel comfy, the patio area was covered in weeds! Not that you would have sat at the old patio table and chairs ,had they been mines I would have taken them to the coup.I could go on, needless to say it certainly isn't my view of a beautiful house and I just wish I would have taken plenty photos

Location was close to shops and Alton towrs

Could have been cleaner. No toaster. Only one Chanel available on the TV. Mattress in first bedroom upstairs need to be replaced. Springs coming through so not comfy to sleep on.

Short walk to town centre, has all the amenities you would need for a short stay, warm and cozy when it was wet and cold outside.

The beds are very soft and uncomfortable, cheap mattresses

I have mobility issues so i was delighted to have a ample spaced downstairs full bathroom and a bedroom downstairs too so I didn’t even go upstairs the whole which makes my stay a lot less stressful and for this im grateful for. All so a garden area where i enjoyed working in the sun and overall I have no complaints.

The shower was very nice. Good sized bedrooms Good local services- Sainsburys, a restaurant and takeaways a few mins walk away

There is no space for the table for 4 people to eat together at. No toaster. Dishwasher was broken and there was no washing up bowl and the plug did not fit the plug hole Only 2 channels available on the TV. Lots of road noise

3 large bedrooms with comfortable beds, 2 up stairs, one down. A basic, no frills option on a busy road. On street parking available.

Uncomfortable furniture in lounge, useless pillows on bed -so thin. No toaster in tired kitchen. Just not a house to rush back to.

The rooms were ok

There was no can opener, no scissors, no plug for sink or basin to wash up, only 3 towels, one under bed in storage, only 2 toilet rolls for 5 of us, no tape on step down into the kitchen which was steep, dishwasher not working and mildew inside it so smelt, bin was almost full, not with our stuff so had to take the rubbish with us, side of sink in the kitchen was all damp on the wood, pillows lumpy, some tea bags had Staines on them, mixed coffee in jar, bin lid broken in the kitchen wouldn’t close, crack in the basin sink in the bathroom, toilet brush cleaners in both toilets covered in dirty tissue, really not happy for the price it was for 4 nights, on a main road and traffic most of the night, very heavy traffic, as I don’t know the area that not something we would have known so should be in the description, main bin outside that was almost full was split at the bottom,
