the property was just a short walk from Bowness, also easy bus stop to head to Ambleside. the property was spotless on arrival, bedding was clean and fresh which was needed after a cold wet day! plenty of cups/glasses/ bottle openers! comments below about the small drive! we managed just fine with our L200 pick up! a beautiful presented cottage, just everything we needed! a great last minute find! thank you

Great cottage, comfy beds and plenty room

Parking for more than one car is a nightmare. The house was extremely warm and we struggled to turn the heating down.
