Had everything you needed! Fab location

Location was excellent

Television didn’t work or if it did the four of us could not work it out in how to get channels. The wall going up the stairs was dirty. The price we paid for the 17 hours we were allowed to stay was extortionate. No welcome pack despite the price.

Nothing everything was perfect

Beautiful little cottage in a great location (2minute walk to the shops, restaurants and lake). Clean and wonderfully presented. Great communication from the hosts. Ideal for our family weekend away.

Location was excellent.

Toilets didn't flush properly. Hot water tap in kitchen wasn't attached, so had to boil kettle to get hot water for washing up. Uncomfotably hot in rooms and central heating didn't cool down when turned down via thermostats. No toiletries provided but were in description. Holes and marks on walls. Pink nail varnish on bedding in master bedroom. Shower unit broken. Skirting board coming away from wall in bathroom. Not the standard I would expect for the money we paid. Felt like a 2 star self catering hotel.

Perfect location, rooms were clean beds were comfortable, our family really enjoyed our stay,hosts were very accommodating and replied to massages fast.
