Excellent cottage. Very spacious. Comfy and well decorated. The cottage was nice and clean with all the essentials amenities. Perfect spot for exploring the Lake District. Very bustling little town with lots of shops and independent cafes/restaurants. Host was very helpful. Would highly recommend.

If only the cottage’s garage is available, it’ll be a bonus!

Great location, very well equipped and beautifully kept. Perfect base for a family trip

I think the check in / check out times could be more flexible. Couldn’t check in until 4pm but then needed to check out at 10am the day we left. 11am and 3pm would be more reasonable for those with families, or as a compromise 10am/3pm or 11am/4pm. 10am and 4pm feels like your time in the accommodation is being squeezed, which is unfortunate because everything else was superb.
