Bed and bedding was very comfortable. Kitchen and toiletries were really well stocked with useful items (above and beyond what was expected). Overall style of interior was homey and comfortable.

Floors were so dirty that my toddler's feet were black underneath, and no high chair was in the property when we were told there would be

"Lovely base for the Norfolk Broads"

Clean, cosy and good facilities. Paula was kind enough to put the heating on ahead of our arrival as it was a chilly day.

The bathroom situated on the ground floor, but it's part of the character of the cottage. We coped. 😊

4 day stay 4 adults location perfect Set back from main road so no issues with traffic noises on night. We were staying for Sons wedding at nearby Boathouse. Cottage very well equipped with everything needed for stay and more. Loads of lovely touches posh toiletries' etc. Spare bedding towels etc if needed (towels lovely and fluffy ) TV and Wi-Fi all good once we had found Wi-Fi code . 15 min walk to Boathouse for drinks and meals 40 mins walk into St Margaret's village Had a lovely stay thank you so much

nothing really stairs a bit difficult to negotiate on night especially for the 6ft amongst us but it was in well noted in description re winding stairs and low ceilings Wi-Fi code could be easier to find
