This cottage is great value. The location was perfect for our motorbike weekend trip with friends. Great for exploring the roads around the northeast and the Grampians. Plenty of off road parking which is important to us. Loved that it had its own wee garden too, shame the weather didn't play ball so we could have a bbq. The rooms were all great and we never felt cramped even with 6 adults lounging around. Billy was really helpful and assisted with getting a tesco food delivery (just choose Seggat Farm and they'll find you OK). Mandy also made us feel very welcome, it was nice to meet the horses and the chickens. I've recommended this cottage to quite a few friends now..

Could do with a few more tea towels. Really, that was it!

"Seggat Gardeners Cottage"

Gardeners Cottage is a lovely, cosy place to stay. Quite literally home from home. Billy and Mandy were excellent hosts and would go above and beyond to help. Seggat was a great base for us to stay whilst exploring the Eastern coast of Scotland. From Pannan to Cullen - the Old Oak serves the best Cullen Skink ever! Delicious on the colder nights. Most places were a 30 to 40 minute drive. There is ample parking, everything works just fine, great enclosed back garden. Inside, there are two very roomy and comfortable bedrooms, slept extremely well! Surrounded by miles of farmland - it is a working farm but is very quiet. Plenty of firewood for the log fire, two bathrooms - one with bath and overhead shower, the other with a shower. Water pressure was great in both. We stayed there during Storm Babet and were cosy and safe! Would give our whole experience there (13 nights) a 10 out of 5! Thankyou Billy and Mandy, we had a fantastic stay.

That the holiday was over, I mean, who likes coming home from a holiday - especially when you're enjoying it!
