Abbastanza vicino al mare,anche alla stazione ferroviaria.

Mancanza delle lenzuola nella stanza bambini,pulizia scarsa

Spazzi ampli e confortevoli e la possibilità del parcheggio privato è sicuramente un punto a favore dato che a Santa Margherita trovare un parcheggio é impossibile

Non cera l'aria condizionata che pensavo non sarebbe servita data l'altitudine ma ci siamo ritrovati troppo in basso per poterci godere il fresco delle montagne, e poi tutta la cucina era sporca e abbiamo dovuto rilavare tutto

Il personale molto gentile è disponibile.. Il posto è vicino al centro dal paese raggiungibile a piede vicino a tutti servizi

Die Lage war super und Parkplätze waren vorhanden. Ausstattung und Sauberkeit war auch in Ordnung.

Ist nichts negativ aufgefallen.

La gentilezza del proprietario.

La struttura è un po’ lontana dal centro e per arrivare dal centro alla struttura bisogna fare una bella serie di scalini in salita. Poi non c’è l’aria condizionata però ci sono i ventilatori il problema è che uno suo 3 che erano era rotto quindi quelli che hanno dormito in quella camera ha avuto molto caldo finché non hanno aperto la serranda per fare entrare un po’ di aria e si sono riempiti di zanzare perché non ci sono le zanzariere.

The property was furnished with left overs from the 1970's. The beds were awful and the linens were itchy. We each got 1 small, thin bath towel and 2 small hand towels. We asked the owner for more towels and he declined our request. the apartment had 1 roll of toilet paper for 2 people for a week. The owner told us he didn't provide it. Nothing about the apartment was comfortable. Everything was in poor condition. We were not warned about the 10 flights of crumbling steps up the road to get to the house. Accessing the apartment on foot was a difficult task. We should have been warned and told to take the bus. I would never go there again. We checked out after 1 night and cancelled the remainder of the week.

The property was a short distance from the main part of Santa Margherita, and a good location to explore nearby towns.

You are given 3 towels per person for your entire stay, (one face towel, one body towel, and one for the bidet). There are no kitchen towels or oven mitts to move hot items so you end up using your personal towels when in need. I am a good respectful person, so I follow the requests of the hosts but essentially they want you to clean the house up yourself after your stay (wash all the dishes and take out all the garbage). This is fine but I don’t believe they do much cleaning afterwards or check to make sure the dishes were clean. We had dirty cups and dishes and when we wanted to boil water and make some pasta there were two pots and one was stuck in the other, when we finally pulled them apart there was filthy dirty water in the one below and the disgusting smell filled the kitchen. We put the pot back in the other and back in the cupboard, I’m sure the next guess after me can look and they will see what I’m talking about. This is why I don’t believe they do much cleaning besides the bare minimum. If you booked the place and intended to take a bath you will not want to when you see the cleanliness. It’s good to take a shower as you’re not touching the facilities so it did the job but it was not clean to high standards. The communication was fine, it was very automated and robotic but always fast replies and online. We only had one brief interaction from afar, and we are still unsure who they are as they did not introduce themselves. As I was leaving the house I heard someone yelling at me in Italian and it wasn’t until they yelled “turn off the light!!” That I understood what was happening. I accidentally left the outside light on during the daytime as I was leaving the house. There’s nothing specifically wrong with this interaction but we didn’t feel the same hospitality and care we have received from other hosts.
