The owner and all the staff were first class, nothing was too much trouble. Facilities were ideal, comfortable lounge bar and dining with good menu.

Not being able to stay longer!

Stayed before. Has a good visit last time. Food is good and room is clean.

Arranged a late checkout when I checked in. Apparently whoever checked me in didn’t make a note of it. This then becomes my problem the following day when told I don’t have a late checkout and I need to vacate. It was only an hour extra I’d arranged. . Said I hadn’t even had a shower yet and apparently ‘that’s not good enough’….And I’m giving them attitude. Wouldn’t stay again. Manager is a nightmare. Couldn’t grasp the concept that if the staff member who checked me in hasn’t made a note of it, that’s not my fault. Apparently it’s all my fault. If they had simply said they are sorry but they don’t have a note of it and they need the room, and could I vacate as soon as possible, NO PROBLEM!! But instead all I got was attitude.
