"Passable"

The beach nearby and the amazing view and countryside. Calm area. Cheap price. Easy parking and stress free checkin

The bathroom falling apart. Water leaking inside the apartment. One light not working. One window not closing. Not enough cutlery and glasses.

"I would look for other options in the area"

The location

The place was mildewy and smelled of old cigarette smoke. We asked for two bedrooms and really got a living room converted to a bedroom. There is no heat in one bedroom.

So many things were half-done in the apt. The wifi was not working and the owner was like - it’s broken.

"I’d definitely stay again"

I was traveling with my baby from Athens to Zante. I knew that I would make it on time with the ferry, so I booked this stay for the two of us. although that we arrived late, everything was ready for us. I needed to feed my baby, and I got some food from the other apartments that also have a restaurant. that was very near. once we got up in the room, they even had a mini bar!!! the apartment was super spacious and clean. after driving for 6 hours due to heavy traffic, I was very pleased to arrive in such a lovely apartment. we only stayed for about 6 hours. cause our ferry was leaving at 7:45, but I’d definitely do this again if I have too

"A , good place for a beach holiday"

The apartment was spacious and comfortable with a big balcony ( with mock Greek statue!) Cooking facilities were provided by a baby belling type cooker balanced on a small table (bring your own small saucepan if you are only reheating a tin of stew) there is a simple taverna under 1km away which does staples like souvlaki, chips and Greek salad at reasonable prices. The beach is about 0.5 km away on foot and it is nice and sandy.

"Exceptional"

Nice and clean, close to the beach... free parking. Friendly hosts. We came late afternoon and no any issues with late check-in. Most important >> No any stairs ;-)

"OK for a very short stay and if you cannot find an alternative...."

At first sight the place seemed to be abandoned, it was difficult for us to recognize the building, then we realized that actually works are (slowly) in progress. Many items were rusted, windows dirty, the area in front and surrouding the building totally decadent. Take a look to my pictures to understand our POV. In the evening is totally impossible to stay outside because of the hungry moskitos that plague the area
