Το κατάλυμα είναι καταπληκτικό με όλες τις ανέσεις, το κρεβάτι άριστο, καθε 2η μέρα υπήρχε υπηρεσία καθαριότητας. Με την άφιξη μας ο Ανδρέας μας υποδέχτηκε με 1 χάρτη με όλα τα χρήσιμα και σημαντικά μέρη για το νησί κι ο Παναγιώτης που φροντίζει το μέρος ήταν πολύ φιλικός και εξυπηρετικός. Είναι ένα μέρος καταπράσινο, ήσυχο που σε προδιαθέτει να χαλαρώσεις. Όλα ήταν άψογα καο μακάρι μα επιστρέψουμε σύντομα

De locatie was adembenemend, prachtig uitzicht op zee, mooie goed verzorgde bloementuin, heel stil. Wij hadden het oude huisje, koel door de dikke muren, sfeervol ingericht en met een groot terras. Veel privacy. Het was schoon en er werd goed voor ons gezorgd. Vandaaruit zijn alle plaatsjes binnen 45 min te bereiken en in 2 min zit je beneden aan het strand.

We spent wonderful days in Kythira. The apartment is surrounded by gardens and has a beautiful view on the landscape and the sea. We enjoyed the calm of this unique place.

The property was well cared for and the garden is gorgeous. It's very clean inside and out. Andreas was very accommodating and gave me a great deal of information to make my stay interesting and use my time wisely. Good advice on restaurants etc. Efthimia was very knowledgeable about the property and showed her love and care about the surroundings. I loved every minute of my stay there. The views of the Aegean sea and the garden are mesmerizing.

Got to have your own transportation to visit points of interest, restaurants, cafes and such.

Friendly and helpful staff. Perfect location and stunning view. The beautiful traditional house is tastefully decorated and very clean. Highly recommended for couples.

Wunderschöne Lage am Hügel oberhalb der Küstenlinie, tolles Panorama von der Terrasse aufs Meer. Sehr ruhig gelegen. Unkompliziertes Ein- u. Auschecken, sehr kompetente und hilfreiche Tipps vom Vermieter Andreas. Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Gute Aura.

Einige kleine Reparaturen würden anstehen: Balkonumrandung (bröckelt ab), Duschkabinengriff lose, Wasserhahn und Duschkopf etwas verkalkt, Eingangstür verzogen - schabt beim Öffnen am Boden, Kühlschrank-Innentür zum Gefrierfach fehlt - dicker Eispanzer, Auffahrt zum Appartement sehr schmal und kein konkret vorgesehener Parkplatz (wir parkten direkt vor unserer Tür am Weg)

The view and location are great. Outdoor space lovely.

The listing is a bit misleading--it is called Villa, and is actually just a small 30 sq meter room with a double bed and a single bed with no partition. This is unclear in the photos, we though we were staying in a private place but the property has several small rooms/houses and one larger house. Perhaps it is our fault for not reading thoroughly, but it is also advertised as a villa. Also there was no hot water and very low water pressure both days we were there.
