Hetland Hall Hotel

Breakfast and breakfast were wonderful. Meal exceptionaland choice good.

We went to the hotel as part of our wedding day . Reception staff seemed unaware called me three times on my wedding day when i should of been having hair and make up shame because restaurant staff are amazing . I hope that someone reads this and maybe gives a little training to customer service the hotel as the the scope to be amazing .

La chambre était grande est très confortable. Le parc magnifique. Le personnel très bien.

Le bar et le couloir sentaient la bière !

The hotel was lovely beautifully decorated. The breakfast was superb. The staff were great very helpful. We had dinner in the restaurant which we enjoyed.

The mattress was too soft for my liking.

Handy location. Clean and well appointed good value for the price

Sadly and I suppose this is not really a reflection of trueness of the hotel but there was a large party on our room was over the venue and the noise and more in terms of behaviours went on until well after 2 this was not expected ina gentle hotel we had stayed in 4 others in our tour and we were really looking forward to this but teh staff seemed distracted and there was a lot. Of inconvenience only the young girl in the bar had enough about her to apologise Whilst I appreciate they must have parties to keep going there has to be a limit In our opinion this did ruin the stay

Pretty much everything. Location - a few miles from the Border and directly off the A75. A beautifully refurbished mansion house offering high quality sleeping accommodation and dining facilities.
