Beautiful, dramatic location. Small but comfortable and modern studio built in traditional style. Cláudio was exceedingly helpful with everything we asked! Highly recommended.

We loved the location, the coziness and our host was very lovely and accommodating.

Although the place is relatively new, it’s starting to show its age in a couple of spots but that didn’t affect our stay.

This is the perfect accommodation to really experience Pico life! You are so well located for Madalena, the airport, the mountain & the ocean. Everyday you have views & at night Lajido is so quiet it really was bliss. Claudio is an amazing host, you can tell he really loves Pico. He is so knowledgeable about the island. We had a welcome pack & he gave us a bottle of his own wine which was such a treat. He is a testament to the generosity of the people of Pico & we are glad to have booked with him. The kitchen was really well equipped which we really valued - the houses are well thought out & exceeded our expectations.

We loved everything about this place! The location was excellent, right in the heart of the wine country, surrounded by vineyards with views of Pico Mountain on one side and the sea on the other – what more could you ask for? The bungalow itself was built in a traditional style of the region and was so comfortable inside. We were made to feel so welcome by the owner, who was passionate about his land, the island and the delicious food basket he had prepared for us. We were also presented with a bottle of wine from the vineyard that surrounded us – the wine was so good and perfectly represented the region.

Some of the food carefully prepared by the landlord makes people feel at home.

Claudio was so friendly and the welcome basket of food was great! The property is beautifully located where you are on a vineyard and can see the ocean.

So we rented Both sides as there we five of us in our family the view was good and we sat outside watch the sunset and bats. It was very nice the owner had a five. Star welcome basket with everything and more meat cheese bread and wine!! My adult kids loved the pannie maker!!!

It is located in a beautiful volcanic area, surrounded by vineyards. Claudio, the super friendly and efficient owner, will give you a welcome basket with enough food to have breakfast by the porch and with a bit of luck you will be able to see Pico mountain with no clouds. By night in the same porch you will be able to drink a glass of wine (provided by Claudio as well) and watch the stars.

The rooms could be a bit bigger, the space for two people and luggage is rather limited.
