Fantastic place, with great character. You see volcano, external walls of the accomodation are tastefully made volcanic stones, neraby village is very nice. Claudio (owner) is very helful and happy to talk about the island and region, we learned a lot. Welcome basket was very appreciated. Do not worry about nearby airport, no planes in night. Evenings on the terrace were fabulous (good weather helped).

Main bed in bedroom was comfortable, foldable bed in kitchen/living room much less so.

Unexpected welcome basket with many products! New home very cozy even if not too big. Kitchen very well equipped. Patio with table and chairs to relax and have dinner outside with view on both the sea and Pico Mountain. Lovely position!

The owner is very friendly and helpful, the property is near the airport in a typical lava stones kind of village, and the apartment is made of lava stones so everything is so suggestive!

The location is stunning! The view on the sea, the mountain and sunset, even after a week we couldn’t get used to it. We were lucky with good weather and saw the mountain every single day of our stay. The house is nice too, nice kitchen, bathroom with view and comfortable beds. Nice museum and natural pool around the corner. Fresh fruit, cheese and bread when we arrived. Helpful and kind host Claudio.

The owner greeted us and gave us some very interesting information about the area. The house was amazing, and had a very nice terrace! At night you could hear the birds that are unique to the Azores Islands and see the milky way.

Our time in this place was really nice! The house, built from volcanic rocks, was in a charming village surrounded by vineyards. The view of Pico mountain was just great. The welcome basket had everything we needed for breakfast and not only, and the terrace was comfy. Claudio's warm welcome and help made our stay perfect. For an authentic Pico experience, this place is highly recommended!

Keep in mind that, for space considerations, there is a pull-out bed (single bed that converts into a double)

The landlord was very kind and helped us a lot. The delivery of the fruit basket was so timely, the freshly baked bread, the delicious red wine was amazing! The geographical location of the house is too good, in front of the sea behind the volcano, the best location for viewing, we drive around the island, here I think is the best location, we have the honor to see the leather Pico mountain, and the sky full of stars!
