Great little cottage everything you needed for the stay very quiet location in the grounds of Carlton towers

Nothing had a great stay

Perfect location for visiting family in York. The cottage was super cute and fully equipped for our family of 4. Absolutely spotless and the beds were lovely and comfy.

There wasn’t anything not to like….if I had one complaint it would just be the noise from the road which can’t be helped. It didn’t stop me from sleeping but took me a while getting my little boy off to sleep.

It was a beautiful little place, in a lovely town. Very cosy and comfy, only issue world be that they're was no cutlery or crockery

Clean, spacious, comfy bed and quality bedding, slept amazing. Good facilities I.e body wash etc Fridge in room

Blind sits away from wall / door so lets in a lot of light early in the morning. Not sure if it was us but initially struggled to find cottages as there were a few turnings at the back of the venue so signage may help with this.

It’s clean and tidy and has comfortable beds and good quality sheets and bedding ,large bathroom , this was my second time here and I will most definitely use them again

Hi good morning we’re just getting ready to leave the cleanliness was quite disappointing. I have photos that I will try and send over but it doesn’t give me an option on hereu so please send me your email and I’ll send them. -shower chrome had water marks all over (which I have buffed off) -shower head full of limescale (we have scrubbed off) this means the shower didn’t work properly -extractor fan in the bathroom is filthy -back if the sink and bathroom floor is filthy -towel rail where our towels were hung is dusty -picture frames are dusty -many cobwebs Also I was unable to wash my hair this morning as there was no hairdryer There were no coat hangers The fridge in the room made a horrendous noise multiple times throughout the night The blind on the door has a big gap allowing the sun the shine through. Luckily we have to be up but still not ideal Not enough milks left for us to have a nice cup of coffee this morning aswell.

I liked the interior design, decoration, the little front yard and the cottage itself.

It could have been cleaner.

Very clean, comfortable beds

Road noise, especially on a warm night needing windows to be open. A plug-in fan would really help.

Lovely cottages easy access and very modern and clean

A long way on foot for my mother to walk from the main building. No lights on the road either.
