We loved this Hotel. Beautiful rooms, great showers, really lovely Restaurant. Good food and awesome staff.

There were some noisy birds in the roof.

The location is stunning

The suite we booked had a horrible smell from the drains in the bathroom . The rug in the room was stained - unsure what it was . The staff are all very young , not a lot of personality. We have stayed here a few times , not sure we will return .

Welcoming member of staff Cooked breakfast was excellent.

Very limited fresh fruit. No spoons available for limited fresh fruit. Not aware there was cereal on the first morning. No glasses available on second morning

Great location, clean, efficient, super views over local landscape

Dinner service was poor - staff were hard working but management in charge were indifferent and amateur. Shame the venue didn't celebrate its 'Welshness' a bit more - quite a cold, cliched interior decorator chic. Maybe a nod to its starring in Welsh series Hinterland?

Lovely breakfast with lots of options. Exceptional room with views of the waterfall. Very comfortable bed and lovely friendly staff 😃

Shower and bed were nice

On the first night there was good friday rave held within the hotel. Loud thumping music continued until 1am. Also room lacked a table and wardrobe.
