Bed sheets Plow covers was unwashed And bedbugs were there We book hotel for 3 days I came out in second day because of bedbugs

The location of the caravan is great. It’s right next to the water and two minutes from the restaurant and bar

The caravan had a really bad smell. I spent £15 on automatic air fresheners to try and disguise the smell and had to leave the windows open. There were cobwebs hanging from all of the ceilings and the cutlery and pans were dirty. The toilets and bathrooms were clean but the walls and curtains need to be cleaned regularly

The oven wouldn't work properly the gas stove didn't lite at all My daughter was bites about 13 times and I was bitten 4 time There was hardly anything to do food place only stayed op till 7 but there were no signs saying so

Filthy dirty , not a fully equipped kitchen lack of everything and despite contacting owner regarding issues plus no light in bathroom to have a shower informed him we had disabled adult child which was in nappies and needed the shower the owner left us without a shower and didn’t send electrician or cleaner as he had said he would do . I spent £30 and half a day cleaning the caravan.
