For everyone walking the Cotswold Way, The Old Swan is conveniently located very close to the route. The Shell next door is also nice to have since you're able to grab a snack or some necessities. The apartment is well-equipped and we were able to make some food for ourselves in the kitchen and relax in the evening in the living room to watch some TV. The hosts were also very nice in taking care of everything (like our luggage that arrived there before we did), taking care of some technical difficulties and quickly replying to our questions.

The Location is right of the trail of the cotswold way.

Everything, especially the kitchen, was dirty, it was warm and musty. The dirt in the corner behind the bed could have been mold. Carpeted bathrooms.

It was quirky and an old cottage as expected. Used the Lansdown park and ride into Bath. Quick and easy. This property has great potential, and staff respond quickly.

We travel all over the UK and abroad for races and stay in different levels of accommodation with no expectations except cleanliness. This is where this property definitely falls short. The kitchen really needs a deep clean, the sink area, utensils, glasses, pots and fridge were all dirty. I bought cleaning wipes to clean all the surfaces. Also had to wash all the pots, plates, and cutlery before use. The house also has a strong smell, in need of some air freshener. Main bedroom needs better curtains, car lights flashing all night.
