Bijou Malthouse

Clean and comfortable cottage with modern amenities. We loved the cozy cabin!

When we arrived and opened the door, we were very impressed. Very clean and cosy looking 👌 There was Tea and coffee with milk in the fridge. Butter, marmalade and jam with some ceral too. The shower was nice and hot. The bed was really comfy. The host was very welcoming and very keen to make sure everything was as it should be.

Nothing. Really enjoyed our stay.

The property was so well thought out and perfect for a short stay. The kitchenette was perfect for breakfast. The outdoor courtyard with the table and chairs and the cabin were an added bonus. It was such a shame our stay was so short - we will definitely be back!

There was nothing we could fault about our stay.

Excellently situated, kitted out considerately and beautifully. Gorgeous little cabin through the wonderfully manicured lawns, overlooking a field of sheep, was dreamy for a late night drink and natter. Location and property both perfect.

Everything was excellent and the host extremely helpful throughout our stay. Couldn't have wished for anything better.

A nice change from hotels. Susie is a great host, and she clearly takes a lot of pride in the Bijou Malthouse. Excellent.

I have stayed at this accommodation many times now and always am excited to return. It is my own little hideaway. Everything about it is just so special, comfortable, clean, peaceful. The hosts are gorgeous people and will go the extra mile to ensure your stay is perfect. I can't recommend it highly enough.

Nothing to complain about at all.

Really well appointed property. Loved the low ceiling and dark green walls, very cosy with exceptional quality. Great for the sustainably focused with cost of the shower displayed to the pence with tech in the bathroom! Would definitely recommend this property. Very friendly hosts, keen to ensure a good stay but in no way intrusive.

Nothing I didn’t like. If I was being super picky (and I really mean super picky!) it would be nice if the little outside courtyard was less visible to the driveway

Lovely place in rural location. Went for the peace and quiet and got it. Host was lovely and really helpful. Place was clean well equipped and cozy. Definitely visit again. Thank you
