The hosts were delightful and most welcoming and helpful. They couldn’t have done more for us. The breakfast was excellent and supper adequate.

The distance from Melrose, the small bedroom with no wardrobe and only one seat.

Very pleasant indeed Guest lounge was very spacious and comfortable with impressive gardens surrounding the property . The bedroom and adjacent bathroom was fine Breakfast taken in the dining room was spacious

We enjoyed Martin and Lorna's hospitality, the amazing breakfasts, waking to the Dawn chorus, the lovely rural location (but within easy reach) and the wee dram in the evening.

Very warm, friendly welcome - served tea and delicious shortbread next to the log fire. The wee dram (delicious malt whisky) when we returned in the evening was greatly enjoyed and appreciated. The hosts were very genial and friendly, First rate breakfast.

Everything was to our satisfaction.
