Had a wonderful stay here. The view is absolutely beautiful and made the whole experience very peaceful and relaxing. Waking up to that scenery was the highlight of the trip. The place was comfortable and well maintained. Would definitely love to come back again.

Characterful property in an historic Portuguese villa very close to the attractions of Old Goa and Panjim. Delicious food prepared with fresh ingredients. Lovely swimming pool and big, airy rooms.

The proximity of the highway is a little noise and annoying - especially for sleeping, though you can get used to it

A mixed review here. The property itself is pleasant and attractive although the refurbishment is quite old fashioned. The pool area is nicely kept and attractive. Very pretty with all the lights in the evening. Food is excellent, a truly memorable chicken biryani and good coffee at breakfast. The staff are friendly and helpful. The dogs are even more friendly and very well behaved.

Mainly the noise from the freeway which has been built right next door, which also meant the view is spoiled from the balcony where we ate. The queen room with ‘large double’ bed is tiny and the bed is tiny too. We upgraded ( for a cost) and had a pleasant room with a bigger bed but next to kitchen which meant it was quite noisy and smelly with the door open to the garden.
